Product or service reviewed: Water Heater Replacement
I just wanted to extend a warm and grateful THANK YOU to David and Tyler of Helton's Service Company, out of Nolensville, for their quick response, professionalism, and courtesy! My water heater died over the weekend, and I had a flood in my garage. I called them on Monday, and Helton's came out as soon as I called. Tyler told me that he could replace it that day if I wanted to go with a regular one. But I had already decided that when this water heater died I was going to have a tankless one installed. It took them an additional day to get the specific one that I wanted, but they were out here this morning, got the new one installed, took away the old one, and I now have water again! The whole job took them about four hours. I can't say enough nice things about how they handled this for me. They also service my HVAC every year. Great Company! Great people!

Excellent! great service and very professional, the owner insisted on coming out the day we called even though we said we could wait. a.c. was fixed quickly. thank you Heltons!

Product or service reviewed: AC/Heat replacement unit
Heltons Service company came out to replace an HVAC unit of mine and did an amazing job. They were out same week to do the work and were done on the same day. All the techs were police, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every step of the process and will use them again for any future work. I would highly recommended Helton Service to anyone looking for any type of HVAC work.

Helton's is one of the best companies I have worked with. From Wendy in the office to the staff that has come to do repairs and maitenance on my ac unit, cleaning my dryer vents and most recently installation of wall unit for my home. Everyone is professional, courteous, fair and will update you on time and cost of any repairs or services. I highly recommend them over any company especially Hiller! They go above and beyond serving their customers.

Yesterday I woke up to a very cold house. The furnace had died overnight. I reached out to David Helton and his team and they had a new furnace installed and working smoothly by the end of the day, and before it went down below freezing last night, so I was very grateful and very impressed. They go the extra mile. Very professional, personable and fair.

As a 'work-from-home' person with an office above the often hot garage and relying on a properly functioning upstairs split-system unit, I was very happy with the prompt and friendly service Helton's provided to me. I didn't know the unit had quit working until after the 5:00 o'clock hour when most HVAC companies don't answer the phone. However, Wendy answered and was able to get me scheduled the next day. The owner himself, David Helton, came out and identified the probable cause and since it was late in the day had his son, Tyler, come out early the next day to replace the faulty part. If you're looking for a reliable company and want to help promote small family businesses you can't go wrong with this company. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Exceptional service from Tyler. He assessed the problem quickly and new what needed to be fixed. Temps were going to dip down below freezing at night so David and a crew came over that evening to finish the job. Fixed the issue and I had heat in 30 minutes. I appreciate the friendly customer service and expertise. You can depend on Helton HVAC to bring top notch service to your home or business. Thanks fellas

Product or service reviewed: New HVAC system purchase & install
I waited a month after installation of our new unit before giving this review. Now that we've been through 2 snows I can not only say the new unit works & is AWESOME, but that the service Helton provided us was great w/an extremely fair purchase price of the new unit & service. David, his son Tyler & crew all were very nice & pleasant folks to be around. Thanks again, J Christie

David and his son went out of their way in frigid temperatures and an ice storm to get our heating unit fixed! Very professional and friendly guys! Thank you so much for getting a new motor in our unit so quickly! You guys are great!

The owner David came out and serviced my issue. I told him the problem we were having over the last few days. He only needed a few minutes to find the problem. He was really nice and very pleasant. This was the first time I had dealt with his company and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use his company again.

Product or service reviewed: NO-HEAT service call.
From the initial call with Wendy the Service Coordinator it was a very good experience. David Helton did the service call within hours, cleaned a dirty flame sensor and I was back running. This was great responsiveness and integrity on his part and Wendy was so nice to work with. I'm switching to Helton Service for my HVAC preventive maintenance and look forward to working with them!
